Return and Exchange

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, there are a few ways we can help make it right.

Candles, Bath & Body Products, and Other Items
We take great pride in selecting high quality products for your enjoyment. If you're just not that into them, please return them within 60 days for exchange or store credit. 

Lingerie and Sleepwear
We want you to feel exquisite. If your lingerie or sleepwear doesn't fit right, we are happy to exchange your item, provide store credit, or offer a full refund. Returns or exchanges must meet the following requirements:

• All items must be unworn. Please wear panties when trying new items on.
• All items must be in new condition. Original tags and liners must be attached. 
• Items must be returned within 60 days of your purchase.

Toys & Storage
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to provide return or exchanges on toys or Uvee storage boxes. We test all battery-operated items to make sure they are working properly before shipping or selling them. Most toys and toy storage items have manufactures' warranties.

Please be sure to register your products with the manufacturer.
