Meditation made my sex life better.

I wasn’t looking for better sex when I started meditating.
Like many of us, I was looking for relief—from the mental chatter, the anxiety that lived like a hum beneath everything, the constant sense that I had to do more, be more, fix something. I craved rest and relief.
What I didn’t expect was that meditation would also unlock something far more surprising:
a deeper, more connected, more pleasure-filled sex life.

You go through the motions.

Meditation helps unwind that loop.
It tells your body: you’re safe now.
And when the body feels safe, it becomes a place where pleasure can actually land.

One of the most frustrating feelings is when your body is saying yes, but your brain won’t shut up.
You’re in bed with someone you love (or at least lust for), and instead of melting into the moment, you’re mentally spiraling:
“Do I look okay?”
